Mr. Michael Snape, Associate, Harney Westwood & Riegels (Harneys)

  • A barrister by training, Michael Snape is an Associate in the Hong Kong Litigation and Restructuring Department.
  • He has regularly appeared as an advocate in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal.
  • He is practice focuses on high value contentious insolvency, general commercial litigation and shareholder disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.
