Professor Lutz-Christian Wolff is a Wei Lun Professor of Law and the Dean of the Graduate School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has studied, worked and conducted research in a number of jurisdictions, including mainland China, Taiwan, and the USA. He is admitted to practice in England & Wales and in Germany and has been frequently invited to work with law firms and multi-national companies on investment projects in the Greater China region.

This seminar will introduce the legal framework governing M&A transactions in mainland China with a focus on those rules which apply to foreign inbound investment projects conducted via the M&A mode.
